Our Location
Our Visitor Center is located at 129 Northumberland Hwy, Callao, VA 22435. (Just one block down from the intersection of 360 and 202)
To find us, follow Rt. 360 into Calla, turn right at the intersection of 202 in Callao, and after one block, you will see the Visitor Information Center on the left.
The Chamber and the County Visitors Center are located at 153 Northumberland Highway, Callao, phone 804-529-5031, and we are open year-round; look for the Old Movie House right across the street from Virginia ABC Store. County visitors can stop in for directions, maps, and casual conversation with Jane Woodle. Hours may change from season to season and for emergency circumstances, so always check ahead. But even if we’re closed; we have county information in the window. Our normal business hours are Wednesday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We invite everyone to drop in and see what we are doing. After all our Chamber and Visitors Center is for everyone.
Our Services
For our local community, we provide a Community Bulletin Board with many local events and we host all kinds of business information on our local members and community organizations. If you’re new to Northumberland County, you will find this a great place to get quickly acquainted with the town. All information is provided free of charge.
